英语教师成长手记二十七
随着新学期的到来，我们各个园所每周一次的英语教研开始了，相信每个园所都会有一些新老师的加入，如何让新老师尽快成熟起来，提高教学技能，上出精彩的英语课，成为了幼儿园新学期的工作重点。
为了解决这一问题，我们首先从教学流程的第一步开始学习，英语课的第一步是热身环节，在开始教授所学内容之前，不能一上来就开始讲课，要先进行热身，这样不仅能集中孩子的注意力，还能调动起孩子们的积极性。
之前我们给大家分享过一些趣味童谣，今天继续给大家分享，希望老师们认真学习，从中受益。
1、Finger game
