英语教研分享

为了能让新老师更快的适应我们的英语教学，本月教研的主要目的是重新给大家梳理教学模式，规范大家的教案和月教学计划书写格式。

英语课堂中第一个环节就是“warm up”，一般有童谣、歌曲、游戏等形式。之前也给大家分享过一些相关的资料，不知道您还记得吗？我们规定老师一周至少要学唱一首儿歌，并且要交给孩子们，这样一学期下来，孩子就能表演十几首儿歌，另外还带大家学习了一些童谣，希望老师们分享给班级的孩子们。

歌曲：详见《快乐英语》中，每单元的“Let’s sing and dance.”

童谣：推荐给老师们几个，老师们可以自己创编动作，有节奏的说唱。
